Christian dancers, keep your passion in dancing for Jesus!

Welcome to the unofficial blog of the Creative Dance Ministry of Glad Tidings Petaling Jaya. We are a group of ordinary yet beautiful (in God's eyes, at least :P) people who just simply love to worship the Lord in dance and the arts. As we share our ministry journey here in our own simple ways, we hope all
who visit will be blessed and inspired.

Jubilee - Tambourine

By far this writer's favorite :) A mixture of modified tambourine, jazz, contemporary and cultural movements conjures up this energetic piece. Note the swift and fluid formations! And who says men do not look macho in tambourine dance?? So inspiring, man! :))

GTPJ dancers, are we ready to take this on?? Let's forge ahead for Christ!

Carman Live - R.I.O.T

Do this only when your Pastor can sing, dance, act and preach at the same time :)

Here is a good way to learn some Hebrew terms and Biblical truths...

Carman - Jesus is the Lamb

Carman is one of the coolest youth ministers in recent times. He is way ahead of time in his vision for the youth and young people. He is a powerful singer, dramatic actor and even a fluid dancer! Those who have been to his stadium concerts will know that he thinks big, and we mean really BIG! The works shown online may be a little dated, but his vision comes thru strong and clear.

For more of this handsome, charismatic and Grammy award-winning minister, take a look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carman_(singer)

Ad Deum is in town again!!!

Remember Ad Deum? The contemporary Christian dance company which held their workshops about 5 years ago in GT and performed two nights (Pebbles in the Sand) is now back again. They will be performing at KLPac Nov 21, 22 & 23 (see pamphlet) and all proceeds will go to charity. Tickets are sold at RM120/RM150 each for the Gala night. They are good, so don't miss them! Drop us a line in the chatbox if you are interested. Workshops are held at the Acts School of Performing Arts in KL.

Proclaim His Power 10102008 (5)

Proclaim His Power 10102008 (4)

Thought these were cool pictures. Thanks, Seng Chye. Particularly liked the lights for the nite, so many beautiful designs... And it was such joy to see our African brothers and sisters dancing so freely at the altar, they obviously did not want the "party" to end :))
