Gymnastics is one of the most popular and most watched artistic sports events in the Olympics. Over the Olympic years it has churned out really lovable favorites such as Nadia Comenaci, the first woman ever to score perfect 10s, and in seven items at that at 14 years old (read about her dramatic rise to fame at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nadia_Comaneci, Mary Lou Retton, Carly Patterson, Olga Korbut, Bela Karolyi, etc. One really inspiring attitude they have is that whenever they fall, especially when they do the beam, vault, parallel bars and ring routine, they pick themselves up again quickly and carry on; takes a lot of courage and focus to get back up and continue again.
Here is a clip of one of Nadia's floor exercise routine. Not the clearest since it is most likely digitized from VHS, it is inspiring, nevertheless.
